Rotorua
Geothermals, volcanic ‘hero’ dirt and centre of Maori culture, Rotorua’s Whakarewarewa forest is one of only six gold-level IMBA Ride Centers in the world. |
Taupō
Sitting on the edge of a huge volcanic crater lake, Taupo’s trails are some of the best in the North Island, with great eateries, activities and more to ride, relax and repeat. |
Tokoroa
Hand-built trails at Tokoroa’s Cougar Park are the hidden gem of the Epic, with beautiful native forest, fern-lined singletrack, and some woop-inducing flow. |

Not only does Rotorua proudly hold one of only six gold level IMBA ride centres awards globally, it is home to 18 lakes, geothermal landscapes and amazing Māori culture experiences.
