MANAGE MY ENTRY
Participants who have entered the Shimano Volcanic Epic event can self-manage their entry by logging into the portal below:
To Change Races Options eg 5 day to 2 day, or pairs to solo.
Changing entry to another person eg 5 day to 2 day
*Event Changes & transfers must be completed by 20 March at 5pm
- Personal information, address, date of birth, emergency contact details.
- If you need to change the spelling of your name please email us [email protected]
- Add on service packages

- Changing up to a five day, $55 admin fee plus difference in the current entry fee
- Changing down to two day, is $55 admin fee, there is no refundable amount in difference in the entry fee
Changing entry to another person eg 5 day to 2 day
- Transfer your entry to another person, $75 admin fee
*Event Changes & transfers must be completed by 20 March at 5pm
