ON COURSE MECHANICAL
SUPPORT Shimano will be at the Event HQ to help you with any mechanical issues you may have out on a stage, their focus is to get an minor fixes sorted for you. |

AID STATIONS
The aid station will have basic food, hydration, medical and mechanical support. The food section of the aid station is self-service.

BIKE PATROL
The bike patrol is our "Rider Experience" part of the wider event team and are very experienced riders. They bounce from place to place on the course providing encouragement to help a rider overcome a difficult situation such as tough climbs and gnarly descents.... We all know what it's like to blow up in a big ride! They also carry some bike tools, Co2 inflators and nutrition just in case a rider needs the help. |

MASSAGE
Empower Wellness NZ is a Rotorua based company offering holistic wellness solutions, to support you in getting your body moving. We will be providing post ride massage therapy at the Volcanic Epic with our local, experienced therapists to keep you moving and feeling great. 15 minute massages available for $30.00, payment via eftpos. CHILL ZONE
The Volcanic Epic finish line is the coolest place to hang out in NZ mountain biking. Sit back and savour the hardest earned beer in the country thanks to some amazing local craft beer with friends and family. The finish line area will have everything you need to refuel and celebrate you epic ride while waiting for your riding buddies to catch up. We have a great selection of food trucks, massage, coffee, and beer on the final day. |
