You’ll be with like-minded riders looking to shred and have fun on  some of the finest single track the region has to offer.  Pedal hard and chill hard. Meet other like-minded riders on the trail, and share your day's adventures over beers, burgers, and beats at the end of each day. ​

CATEGORIES.

Age is calculated as of 31 December 2024. The youngest rider in the team determines the race category. Please note, Gravel bikes and eBikes are not permitted in the Volcanic Epic for the 2024 event.

• Open Riders are 16-39 years of age
• Masters 40+ Riders are 40-49 years of age
• Grand Masters 50+ Riders are 50-59 years of age
• Super Grand Masters 60+ Riders are 60+ years of age

​Riders under 16 can apply for special exception to enter.
